Service Orientation is a vision in which resources are cleanly partitioned and consistently represented. Using these units of resources- bigger things can be built. It is also possible to organize work based on this principle. Every task, solution , enterprise and a community can be seen as consisting of distinct units. They in turn can be combined into bigger units for specific purposes.
